Alan

Combine strategy, innovation, and professionalism, and you have Alan J. Leszczynski. As a founding partner at Campio, Alan takes on challenging responsibilities, such as the outsourced real estate activities for three global manufacturers and managing multiple global clients.

For Alan, helping clients solve complex challenges is the most rewarding part of his role. On a mission to provide clients with the best counsel to address their unique needs, he is focused on always placing the clients’ best interests at the forefront. Alan is a master problem solver and skillful negotiator who brings a wealth of diverse executive experience from his nearly five decade career.

Prior to launching Campio, Alan served as the program executive and senior consultant at International Business Machines (IBM) and the chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Billings Industrial Group.

Alan is a certified International Property Specialist, an ISO 14000 and ISO 9000 auditor and a licensed realtor. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Executive Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Management and Computer Science from Davenport University. Outside of the office, Alan enjoys playing sports, reading, coaching his grandsons and mentoring individuals at various stages of their lives.
